  • Colegio Oficial de Administradores de Fincas; the Official College of Housing Administration hosts an online housing board (Bolsa de alquiler), which includes a tool which allows housing searches by "Comarca" (for Barcelona you have to select "Barcelonés"), by town (Barcelona) and finally selecting the neighbourhood (barrio) where you wish to live (it is best to refer to a map of Barcelona).
  • All local and national newspapers have a real estate section. One of the most complete ones is Segundamano, which has an online section dedicated exclusively to rental flats.
